HBME, LLC (formerly Hansen, Bradshaw, Malmrose & Erickson, P.C.) is a full-service Certified Public Accounting firm established in 1980, located in Bountiful, Utah. We service individuals and companies located in the intermountain west, in the for-profit, not-for-profit, and governmental sectors. As your trusted accountants, we take emmense pride in servicing our clients with extraordinary results. We are COMMITTED to meeting your your needs, RELIABLE in that we will never miss a deadline, and are a LOCAL firm, where all decisions are made here by the people you know and trust, not by out-of-state people who don't always understand you, your needs, nor do they consider many years of well-established history.
Below is a bio of each of the founders of HBME, LLC:
E. Lynn Hansen, CPA (Retired)
Lynn graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from Brigham Young University in 1973. Lynn's personal technical competence was in the area of planning and taxation of corporations, partnerships, individuals and estates, and real estate. Lynn has served in various professional and civic associations. He is married and has four children and eight grandchildren.
Clarke R. Bradshaw, CPA (Retired, Part-time)
Clarke graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from Brigham Young University in 1976. Clarke's personal technical competence is in the area of planning and taxation of corporations, partnerships, individuals and estates. Clarke has served in various professional and civic associations. He is married and has five children.
Gary E. Malmrose, CPA (Retired)
Gary sadly passed away in April 2021. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from Utah State University in 1977. Gary's personal technical competence was in the area of planning and taxation of corporations, partnerships, individuals and estates. Gary has served in various professional and civic associations. He is married and has five children and ten grandchildren.
Edwin L. Erickson, CPA (Retired)
Ed joined the firm in 1991, after 13 years with the audit departments of 2 national CPA firms. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree cum laude from Utah State University in 1978. His areas of expertise included construction, local governments, manufacturers, wholesale distributors, nonprofit organizations, and retirement plan audits. He is a former member of the UACPA Practice Advisory Council, a current Peer Reviewer, and has been an instructor in several local and national CPA and finance officer training programs. He is married with three sons and has many grandchildren. He enjoys golf and other sports.
